About MSC Cruise
MSC Cruises is a privately owned shipping lane and leader of the world’s largest brand markets in Europe, South America, and South Africa. Throughout the year, MSC Cruises ships sail in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, and seasonal schedules include North Europe, the Atlantic, South America, South Africa, China, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar.
Having a history is a privilege. Other people need to create it, but we have real stories. It began more than 300 years ago and is a family of Ponte sailors from Sorrento, Italy. Building on the experience and expertise gained over the centuries, the ship owner’s family and the captain, began to build MSC cruises. MSC Cruises is currently the largest private shipping company in the world.
MSC Cruises was born from a long line of captains and owners who have played their part in the history of shipping and seamen. They began their journey at sea in 1675. The MSC apps are available on all smart ships in our fleet: MSC Meraviglia, MSC Seaside, MSC Splendida *, MSC Seaview, MSC Bellissima, and MSC Grandiosa.
